We accept the following types of transactions: • Secure Online Credit Card Transactions - SSL encryption technology - Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted. We gladly accept PayPal for your convenience. • Money Orders or Cashier’s Checks - These orders will not be processed until we receive your payment - • All prices as well as payments are in US Dollars. Sales Tax Our distribution center is located in Missouri. All "shipping addresses" in that state must pay state sales tax. At present; shipments to all other states require no sales tax payments. • MO sales tax is 7.35% of the sale price (before shipping and handling). Shipping and Handling Charges Motorburg calculates shipping charges by assigning shipping and handling points (S&H Points) to each of our products. The points assigned to a particular item are based on several factors specific to that product, including weight, special handling and insurance. Shipping and handling charges for a total order are based on the cumulative S&H points in a completed purchase. The S&H points for each product is shown in it's product description and will be calculated automatically when you add the product to your shopping cart. The following chart shows how your shipping and handling charges are calculated based on cumulative points. Delivery Methods • We ship only to US destinations - Alaska & Hawaii included. • We will only ship to a street address, no P.O. Boxes. We use a combination of USPS Priority Mail, UPS and FedEx. All orders are insured and shipped with either delivery confirmation or tracking capability. Most orders require 1-2 days to process. Please allow a maximum of 10 days for delivery. Out of Stock Items We try our best to remove or denote items that are out of stock or no longer available. Generally, if you see an item for sale in the Motorburg Shopping Mall – that item is available for immediate shipping. • In the unlikely event we are unable to get your complete Credit Card purchase to you within the 10 day period, we will notify you by E-mail. Make sure we have your correct E-mail address for this purpose. You can select a substitution, cancel your order, or allow us to ship your entire order when a missing item is available. In the event you wish to cancel your order, your card will be issued a credit for the full amount of the purchase. • If we’re unable to complete a received Money Order purchase within the 10 day period after receipt, you will be notified per the information you’ve supplied. You then can request a substitution, cancel your order or wait until the order can be fulfilled. If you choose to cancel, your "mail in" payment will be returned. Return Policy • 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. We will accept any item returned in saleable condition within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will refund the entire retail sales price for that product. Items will only be accepted for a refund if they are returned undamaged and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping and the contents safety. No C.O.D. returns. Let us know of the reason for any dissatisfaction so that we can better serve you in the future. Please include a copy of the original Bill of lading for appropriate credit. Damage in Shipment • The carrier is responsible for any damage to the contents of any package damaged during shipment. • Motorburg insures all shipments for an amount sufficient to provide you with full reimbursement from the carrier for the contents and shipping and handling costs in the event of damage to any item. • It is your responsibility to notify the carrier of the problem and to file any claim for damages. Do not discard any of the original shipping and packing materials prior to the carrier's inspection or your claim may be disallowed. Please notify us here to report any damage to your merchandise. If needed; we can provide you with information on how and where to file your claim. Manufacturing Defects All Motorburg products are checked for quality and completeness before shipment. Upon receipt of an order, if you should find a manufacturing defect in one of our products, please notify us immediately here for further instructions. If we find the defect to have occurred in the manufacturing process, we will not only replace your returned item without cost, but we will reimburse you for any return shipping cost you might incur.
